On July 27, 2021, Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker at a webinar hosted by the International Bar Association (“IBA”).

This webinar is the sixth session of “The Fundamentals of International Legal Business Practice: Global Trends in Changing Times” webinar series organized by the China Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum and IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee.

At this webinar titled “Cross-Border Dispute Resolution: A Quick Guide to Arbitration in the Asia Pacific Region,” Ms. Kim, the Vice-Chair of IBA Arbitration Committee, discussed some of the cultural aspects in cross-border dispute resolution and enforcement issues in the Asia-Pacific region.
