Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker at a virtual conference hosted by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (“IPBA”) on June 15-19, 2021.

At this virtual conference, many sessions were organized under the theme of “Innovative Resilience in an Altered Legal Landscape” and internationally renowned practitioners, including Ms. Kim, were invited to speak.

In particular, Ms. Kim, a court member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, discussed the role of women in international business disputes and moderated the discussion on China’s recent developments in international dispute resolution.
