Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, Scott Sung-Kyu Lee and Byung-Woo Im, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, were appointed as members of Seoul IDRC (“SIDRC”)’s steering committee. 

SIDRC’s steering committee was established to discuss how to provide virtual hearing services by actively utilizing its cutting-edge IT infrastructure and develop Seoul as an arbitration hub in Asia.  Mr. Yoon, Mr. Lee and Mr. Im will discuss promotion strategies to maximize the use of SIDRC.  In particular, Mr. Yoon, as the chair of the steering committee, will provide insights on how to actively promote Seoul’s advantage as an arbitration hub.
