Sae Youn Kim, Byung-Woo Im and Hye Sung Kim, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, were appointed as members of the Korean Council for International Arbitration (“KOCIA”)’s executive committee.

The executive committee was established to organize networking opportunities among international arbitral institutions and provide training programs for next generation practitioners.

As committee members, the three attorneys will actively participate in enhancing the international arbitration practice in Korea based on their extensive experience in providing advice and managing international arbitration cases.
