On April 15, 2021, Hyeon Tae Bae, a member of Kim & Chang’s Labor & Employment Practice, gave a presentation at the 2021 Spring Seminar on Automobile Parts Industry Development Strategy hosted by the Foundation of Korea Automotive Parts Industry Promotion.  

Mr. Bae spoke about major amendments to labor-related statutes in 2021 and the newly enacted Serious Accidents Punishment Act.  He also shared insights on response measures that can be taken by automobile parts companies in light of the recent developments.  

Held online via YouTube live, the seminar was joined by approximately 400 auto parts manufacturers.
