On April 1, 2021, Joel E. Richardson, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, was appointed as a Co-chair of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) NEXT.  KCAB NEXT, launched in 2019, is a networking and professional development group created by KCAB.

Mr. Richardson, as a Co-chair, will provide his insights to plan periodic networking social events and interactive workshops which aim to enhance the members’ capabilities as arbitration practitioners.  Mr. Richardson will also offer advice to KCAB INTERNATIONAL in organizing Korea-related events regarding the current trends in international arbitration.
