On April 28, 2021, Young Kyung Lee of Kim & Chang participated in an open forum discussion on “Measures to Improve Laws and Taxation for Further Utilization of Stock Investment Trusts” which was hosted by the Tax Finance Media and the Finance Tax Forum.

Carrying out an in-depth discussion, Ms. Lee argued that the Financial Industry Structural Reformation Law and the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act should be partially amended in order to further enhance the utilization of stock investment trusts.
