On March 25, 2021, Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, the co-chair of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker at a webinar hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”).

At this webinar titled “ICC 2021 Rules of Arbitration – Launch in Hong Kong,” Mr. Yoon discussed the use of technologies in ICC arbitration and how it was reflected in the current revised ICC Rules of Arbitration.

Mr. Yoon also shared his experience in conducting virtual hearings during the COVID-19 pandemic, and discussed whether the virtual/hybrid hearings are here to stay.
