At this webinar titled “ICC 2021 Rules of Arbitration – Launch in South Korea,” expert legal practitioners and internationally renowned arbitrators participated as moderators and speakers, discussing major changes in the 2021 ICC Rules of Arbitration.
 
As the author of the Korean translation of the ICC 2021 Rules of Arbitration, Ms. Kim moderated the event’s second session regarding revised rules on transparency of arbitrators and expedited procedures.
