From January 27, 2021 to February 14, 2021, Una Cho, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at the Tenth Advanced Training Program for Future Arbitration Practitioners hosted by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”).

In this lecture series, Ms. Cho introduced what a hearing procedure is and what needs to be prepared in advance for a successful hearing.  In particular, Ms. Cho discussed the current changes in hearing practice due to the COVID-19 pandemic and provided practical tips on remote advocacy.
