On November 13, 2020, five attorneys and patent attorneys of Kim & Chang spoke at the 25^th Korea IPG Seminar organized by the Intellectual Property Group of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Seoul Office.

Joon Lee and Sarah Jung presented on “Practical Considerations in Light of Recent Patent Case Studies and Legal Developments” while Won Kim and Jun Seo Lee presented on “Strategic Considerations for IP Protection and Management Under Trademark, Design and Unfair Competition Law.  Hisanori Aoki facilitated Q&A sections of both sessions.

Organized virtually in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the seminar was well-received by IP delegates from various companies, law offices and organizations as a valuable opportunity to keep up to date with recent IP trends and key issues.
