On September 11, 2020, Sup Joon Byun, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by the International Bar Association (the “IBA”) Asia Pacific Arbitration Group.

This webinar, which is the fourth in a series of webinars introducing IBA Guidelines, addressed the IBA Guidelines on Party Representation in International Arbitration.

Mr. Byun and other speakers shared practical tips on how to conduct arbitrations with professional integrity, which will ultimately translate to savings in costs and a more readily enforceable arbitral award.
