On August 14, 2020, Matthew J. Christensen, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar co-hosted by the International Construction Law Society, India and Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai’s Centre for Arbitration and Research.

At this webinar titled “Exceptions to the Breach Date Rule in Assessment of Damages: The Golden Victory and Beyond,” the speakers, including Mr. Christensen, discussed legal issues related to the Breach Date Rule and complications that could arise in various jurisdictions.  Specifically, Mr. Christensen focused on the Breach Date Rule under New York law and the assessment of damages under Korean law.
