On June 3, 2020, Dami Park, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by the International Construction & Energy Law Association.

At this webinar titled “Overseas Construction Claims in the Wake of COVID-19,” the speakers including Ms. Park discussed a wide range of topics including strategies to manage overseas construction projects in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Ms. Park especially addressed the need for EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractors to proactively manage disputes with subcontractors and shared practical tips on construction claims.
