On June 25, 2020, Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, moderated a webinar hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”).

In this webinar, the speakers including Ms. Kim introduced the ICC Guidance Note on Possible Measures Aimed at Mitigating the Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic and shared examples from their experiences.

Ms. Kim, the author of the Korean translation version of the aforementioned Guidance Note, organized the webinar based on a thorough understanding of ICC Arbitration Rules and proceedings.
