On May 7, 2020, Sung Woo Kim, the head of the Environment & Energy Research Institute at Kim & Chang, participated in the Meeting with Industry, Academic and Research Experts on Responding to Climate Change.

Held by the Minister of Science and ICT, the meeting sought to gather experts’ opinions on the Ministry of Science and ICT's direction on R&D efforts and to review policies and R&D concerning climate change.  

As one of the experts attending the meeting, Dr. Kim explained the need to develop technology that can help achieve the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emission.
