On June 5, 2020, Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by the IBA (International Bar Association) Asia Pacific Arbitration Group.

At this webinar, the speakers, including Ms. Kim, addressed the IBA Guidelines for Drafting International Arbitration Clauses and shared their experiences.  The webinar was attended by more than 600 participants from across the world.

Ms. Kim is the Co-Chair of the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group, an organization established by the IBA Arbitration Committee and the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum.
