On January 15-17, 2020, Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at the International Bar Association (“IBA”) Asia Pacific Arbitration Group (“APAG”) Training Day and Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (“APRAG”) Conference at Bangkok, Thailand. 

Ms. Kim, who is also the Co-Chair of IBA APAG, organized the Training Day held on January 15, delivered welcome remarks and moderated various sessions. 

She also participated as a moderator for the APRAG Conference’s session on “Perennial Problems Faced by Lawyers and End-Users in Civil and Common Law Jurisdictions.”  The APRAG Conference was co-hosted by Thailand Arbitration Center and APRAG on the topic of “Innovations and Challenges Facing the Arbitration Industry” on January 15-17.
