On November 5, 2019, Seong-Su Kim of Kim & Chang participated as a panelist at the Policy Debate for Promotion of Private Venture Investment organized by the Credit Finance Association of Korea.

During the discussion, Mr. Kim emphasized that it would be necessary to provide tax incentives for individual indirect investment to promote venture investment in the country.

At the debate, many experts in venture investment and academia gathered and discussed how to expand venture investment by providing tangible tax incentives.
