On November 19, 2019, Jong Soo Yoon, a senior advisor at Kim & Chang and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Environment, gave a speech at the 2019 World Environmental Capital Forum held at Halla University in Jeju Province.

Mr. Yoon analyzed key tasks for Jeju Province to become the environmental capital of Northeast Asia, and further, the world’s environmental capital. 

The forum was hosted by The Society for the World 7Nature Jeju to celebrate the eighth anniversary of Jeju as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
