On September 19, 2019, Sungjean Seo, Joel E. Richardson and Edern Coent, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in a seminar co-hosted by Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”). 

The event was divided into two seminars: a seminar co-hosted by HK45 and KCAB NEXT, which are young arbitrators’ groups of the two institutions, and a seminar hosted by HKIAC titled, “Procedural War Stories - Lessons Learned.”  Mr. Richardson and Mr. Coent participated as speakers in the first seminar, and Ms. Seo participated as a speaker in the second seminar. 

The event was affiliated with the Seoul ADR Festival 2019.
