On October 31, 2019, Byung-Woo Im, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the seminar co-hosted Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (“AIIB”) and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”). 

In the seminar was titled “A Project Finance Toolkit for the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank,” Mr. Im participated as a panelist for the session on “Effectively Resolving Project Financing Disputes.”
