Several Kim & Chang attorneys were invited by the Seoul Bar Association to guest lecture at its Eighth Compliance Training Institute Course, held between June 10 and July 31, 2019.  Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, Junho Hong, Jin Hwan Kim, Hankyu Kim, and Kee Hong Chun were the invited attorneys. 

During the training course, the five attorneys spoke on various topics: “Fair Trade,” “Labor and Employment,” “Personal Information Protection for Business,” “Corporate Compliance and Anti-Corruption Regulation,” and “Domestic and Foreign Arbitration Practices and Major Arbitration Cases.” 

The Eighth Compliance Training Institute Course, hosted by the Seoul Bar Association, is a training course designed to equip lawyers with professional expertise and practical knowledge in each practice area.
