On June 12, 2019, Kyson Keebong Paek, an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice, spoke on “Compliance and Enforcement” at a seminar co-hosted by the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“KGCCI”) and Kim & Chang. 

Mr. Paek discussed the recent trends and characteristics of law enforcement and regulatory authorities, and held a Q&A session about the necessity and methods of establishing compliance rules and strengthening the compliance system.
