On June 26, 2019, Kwang-Jin Jung, an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Tax Practice, and Sang do Ki, a Kim & Chang tax attorney/CPA, presented at the Fifth Hankyung Money Inheritance Forum.

Speaking on “Understanding Risks of Inheritance and Gift,” Mr. Jung and Mr. Ki explained key concepts and structures of inheritance and gift tax to help participants better understand the Korean tax system, and also focused on discussing examples of situations where problems regarding inheritance and gift tax often arise.
