On June 26, 2019, Byung-Chol Yoon, co-chair of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Asia Conference on International Arbitration held in Singapore.  Mr. Yoon, who is also a Court Member of ICC International Court of Arbitration, participated on the program committee and served as a co-chair of discussion panel session. 

In addition to Mr. Yoon, Byung-Woo Im and Joel Richardson, attorneys in our International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, and Ju Young Kang, a Kim & Chang tax attorney/CPA, attended the conference.  They also participated in the training workshop entitled “ICC Institute Advanced Level Training on Assessment of Damages by Arbitrators,” which was held on the previous day.
