On March 16, 2019, Sungjean Seo, a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker in the IBA 22nd Annual International Arbitration Day. Ms. Seo spoke during the event’s “Trade Sanctions” session, discussing the effect of trade sanctions on international arbitrations.
Richard Menard and Sejong Youn, who are also members of our International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, also attended the conference, and joined Ms. Seo at the LCIA North American Users' Council Symposium, hosted by the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”).
Hosted by the International Bar Association (“IBA”), the conference was held on March 14-15, 2019 in Montreal, Canada.
