On February 28, 2019, Byung-Woo Im, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at Construction Expert Forum co-hosted by KOTRA and International Contractors Association of Korea (“ICAK”). 

Participating as one of the domestic law firm experts of international construction disputes, Mr. Im gave a presentation on “Recent Trends and Insights of International Construction Disputes.”
