On December 20-21, 2018, Una Cho, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a panelist at a seminar hosted by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) and Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (“VIAC”) in Vietnam. 

The two-day seminar held at Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi was entitled “A Closer Look into Legal Risks & Disputes in M&A Transactions.”  Ms. Cho spoke in the seminar’s discussion session on “The Most Efficient Tool to Resolve M&A Disputes.”

Other topics discussed during the seminar included “Updates on New Movements in International Arbitration and Other ADRs” and “M&A Transaction in Vietnam – Detecting Common Legal Risks.”  Approximately 520 Korean and Vietnamese professionals in the legal and business sectors attended the event.
