On November 8, 2018, Wan Joo, a member of Kim & Chang’s Labor & Employment Practice, spoke at the Policy Seminar on Good Faith Principle Regarding Ordinary Wage, which was organized by Korea Employers Federation.
Mr. Joo moderated a lively conversation on the “Legal and Economic Review of Ordinary Wage Court Cases Regarding the Good Faith Principle.”
The seminar was designed to study the much debated “good faith principle” in ordinary wage cases from a legal and economic perspective, and to seek fundamental solutions to the relevant issues.
