On November 13, 2018, Won Seok Cho, a Kim & Chang attorney, spoke at the Persol Korea HR Management Seminar. 

Addressing a group of almost 100 Japanese corporate executives and HR managers, Mr. Cho spoke on the “Current Administration’s Labor Policies and Corporate Response Strategies.”  In his speech, he discussed recent developments in labor policies, including the 52-hour work week, minimum wage and comprehensive wage system, and detailed response strategies to these developments.
