On November 6, 2018, Kim & Chang and Herbert Smith Freehills co-hosted the inaugural meeting of Women in Arbitration. 

Una Cho, a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a panelist in the event’s discussions regarding diversity and professional development of women in international arbitration. 

The event was well attended by over 60 law firm attorneys and in-house counsels, who participated in networking sessions and engaged in conversations about empowering women in international arbitration.  The event was part of the Seoul ADR Festival.
