On November 30, 2018, Kim & Chang held the seventh session of the International Construction Lecture Series, hosting Reed Smith. 

In this year’s lecture series, Vincent Rowan, Shareena Edmonds, and Shourav Lahiri from Reed Smith presented on the topic of “Making Arbitration a Happier Place – Strategies for the Successful Arbitration of Construction Claims.”  They discussed the biggest challenges in international construction arbitrations, and how contractors can overcome them to create and execute a strategy that will deliver the best results.  Reed Smith also shared its extensive experience in dealing with large scale construction disputes.

Byung-Woo Im, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, organized the event.  Kim & Chang attorneys, Daewoong Lee and Ji Hwan Kim, participated as panelists and interpreters.
