Richard Menard, a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at the Mumbai Center for International Arbitration (“MCIA”) 3rd Annual Conference.  The conference was held on October 27, 2018 in New Delhi, India.

Mr. Menard participated as a panelist in the session on the “Party Autonomy in Nominating Arbitrators and Conflicts.” 

The MCIA annually hosts the conference, and Mr. Menard has been invited to speak at the conference for two consecutive years.
