On October 23, 2018, Han-Cheol Kang, a Kim & Chang attorney, spoke on the “Corporate Compliance Systems in Overcoming and Managing Risks” at the 2018 Autumn Automotive Parts Industry Development Strategy Seminar. 

In his speech, Mr. Kang argued: “As regulations and interest in fair trade, anti-corruption, and environmental protection grow stronger in the global market, compliance is no longer an option but a necessity for a company’s survival.”

The seminar was hosted by the Foundation of Korea Automotive Parts Industry Promotion, and was held at The-K Hotel Seoul.  

More than 400 professionals from the automotive parts industry attended the seminar.
