On September 17, 2018, Han-Cheol Kang, an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Health Practice, spoke at the first Healthcare Policy Forum held at Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (“KPBMA”).

At the forum, Mr. Kang explained the change in the regulatory environment for pharmaceutical rebates in Korea with recent court cases.

The  discussion topics included recent rebate issues in the pharmaceutical industry as well as transparency in business operations and ISO 37001.  The forum was co-hosted by Korea Pharmaceutical Association News and HIT (Healthcare Information Top) News, and was sponsored by KPBMA.
