On June 15-16, 2018, Eun Young Park, co-chair, and Una Cho, member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice participated in the SIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Centre) Academy Seoul 2018. 

Dr. Park, who is also a member of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, was intimately involved – giving the opening remarks, serving as the chair of the event’s emergency arbitrator segment, and moderating three sessions.  Ms. Cho facilitated the event.

The SIAC Academy Seoul focused on “Time and Cost Savers at SIAC: Emergency Arbitration, Expedited Procedure and Early Dismissal,” and included lectures and hands-on workshops.
