On May 28, 2018, Kim & Chang held the sixth session in International Construction Lecture Series, hosting Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP’s (“Freshfields”) construction team. 

In this lecture series, Don Stokes, Philip Morgan, Nicholas Lingard, William Robinson, and Don Jeon from Freshfields presented on the topic of “Successfully Executing Major Projects in Frontier Markets,” discussing opportunities and risks in undertaking major projects in frontier markets. 

Byung-Woo Im, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, organized this event.  Jung Taek Park, Chang Sun Lieu, Chang-hee Shin, Kay-Jannes Wegner, Joel Richardson, and Ujin Ahn participated as panelists and interpreters.
