On November 27, 2017, Sang-Wook Han, a Kim & Chang attorney, was invited to present at the Patent Court of Korea’s symposium on the theme of “Age of Innovation and Fair Competition, and New Directions for Intellectual Property Law.”

Mr. Han focused his presentation on “Intellectual Property Disputes and the Establishment of the International Court.”

The event was held to celebrate the opening of the International Intellectual Property Law Research Center, which the Patent Court launched on November 5.  Over 300 people, including IP law and competition law experts and practitioners, were in attendance.
