On October 31, 2017, Hemi Lee of Kim & Chang spoke at the 6th ACI Asia Pacific Summit on Anti-Corruption Compliance and Risk Management.
The summit was held by American Conference Institute (ACI) in Singapore from October 30 to November 1, 2017. Ms. Lee gave a presentation on the enforcement trends in South Korea, and how the business landscape is evolving amid vigorous local enforcement efforts to enhance transparency.
