On May 19, 2017, the Korea Medical Devices Industry Association hosted an information session designed to help improve the medical device industry’s understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements, and to help the industry prepare an action plan to comply with its duty to produce and manage the reporting of expenses. 

In the session, Wan Bin Park, a member of our Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice and our Health Practice, compared and contrasted similar requirements and compliance programs of foreign countries, helping industry members better understand the global environment.
