On March 13, 2017, Kim & Chang’s attorney and president of our firm’s International Law Institute, O-Gon Kwon, presented at the 24th Legislative Policy Forum.  

The Forum was hosted by the Korea Legislation Research Institute.  Mr. Kwon spoke on the process and development of international humanitarian law, as well as the history of international criminal trials and trial court – from the Nuremberg Trial Courthouse to today’s International Criminal Tribunal.  He also discussed major challenges with international criminal trials.
