Jeffrey D. Jones of Kim & Chang participated as a presenter in workshop of American Chamber of Commerce in Korea on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.

This workshop, hosted by American Chamber of Commerce in Korea on October 25th, was held for improving understanding of foreign companies in Korea and preparing action plan for the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.  Mr. Jones gave a presentation on recent issues in Korea regarding the Act.
