Mr. Wan Bin Park, Mr. Woo Jin Lee and Inje Kang of Kim & Chang participated as lecturers in information session on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act for medical device manufacturers.

The information session, hosted by Korea Medical Devices Inadustry Association, was held on September 28th.   The three attorneys participated in question and answer session on main issues of application for the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act in medical device industry.
