Mr. Jun-Ho Hong of Kim & Chang participated as a presenter in seminar on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act for midsized businesses.

The seminar, hosted by Association of High Potential Enterprises of Korea on September 23rd,  was held for improving understanding of midsized businesses.  Mr. Hong gave a special lecture on “A to Z on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act for Business,” and mentioned that “companies have to prepare for dual liability, which is penalty against employer and employee in case of violation of the Act.”
