Dr. Sung-Hun Cho of Kim & Chang participated as a presenter in the Privacy Global Edge 2016 held by the Korea Chief Privacy Officers Forum. 

The event, which was held on July 18th, was comprised of Chief Privacy Officers of major Korean companies and agencies to share and discuss recent global issues related to privacy. 

Dr. Sung-Hun Cho gave a lecture on “Recent Court Precedents on Personal Information.” Areas of focus included the definition of personal information, the difference between the delegation of personal information protection and provision of personal information to a third party, and the scope of mandatory technical and managerial measures for personal information protection.
