Mr. Jae Chan Park of Kim & Chang was awarded a tax thesis prize organized by Tax Law Association. 

The prize is awarded to an author under 45 who published an outstanding thesis in the academic journal “Tax Law Research” between 2014 and 2015.  Mr. Park’s thesis “Study on Conditions for Tax Rate Limit of Dividends in Korea-US Tax Treaty – Based on Concept of Ownership and Application," gained recognition on the basis of creativity, timeliness and logic.
