Mr. Hee-Chul Hwang, Mr. Wan Joo, Mr. Jin Hwan Kim and Mr. Gene-Oh (Gene) Kim of Kim & Chang participated as lecturers in the 6th Training Course on Global Compliance & Issues. 

The training course was hosted by Seoul Bar Association to develop professional expertise as compliance assistant on November 19th.  During the training course, Mr. Hwang gave a presentation titled ‘Global View on Compliance & Issues: Cross-border Criminal Investigation and Related Issues,’ and Mr. Joo gave a speech on labor & employment management and issues of labor laws.  Mr. Jin Hwan Kim and Mr. Gene-Oh (Gene) Kim gave speeches on legislation and practice of Privacy Protection Act for lawyer, and main cases of Fair Trade and role of compliance assistants, respectively.
