Mr. Ji-Pyoung Kim of Kim & Chang participated as lecturer in a seminar on ways to improve competitive corporate restructuring.

The seminar, which was hosted by the Korea Economic Research Institute, was aimed at finding ways to achieve specific improvement of the government’s plan to support the corporate restructuring system.
