Mr. Jae Chan Park of Kim & Chang participated in a joint seminar of the Tax Law Association and Court’s Tax Community 2015.

In this seminar, Mr, Park gave a speech on the ‘meaning of ‘own’ under Inter-company dividend article of ROK-US Tax treaty regarding withholding tax rate.’ 

The seminar was co-hosted by the Tax Law Association and Court’s Tax Community and was held at the Supreme Court Building’s conference room on May 29.
